Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) Training

The Scrum methodology is a framework that relies on cross-functional teams to deliver products and services in short cycles or "increments" that enable continuous improvement, fast incorporation of end-user feedback, and accelerated delivery.

This two-day course, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer, allows you to become eligible for the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) Certification through the Scrum Alliance.

A-CSM Certification Prep Course

If you're a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), who's been introduced to the Scrum Values, practices and applications, the next step in your Agile journey is to achieve your Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification. This advanced offering is ideal for a Certified ScrumMaster who has one or more years of work experience in that role.

During the two-day interactive course, participants will enhance their skills for the implementation of Scrum by learning strategies and tactics to improve the adoption, engagement, and value of Scrum within their company or organization. Participants will learn these topics through exercises, facilitated discussions, and case studies based on the instructor's real-world experience in working with Scrum teams.
