If you're a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), who's been introduced to the Scrum Values, practices and applications, the next step in your Agile journey is to achieve your Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification. This advanced offering is ideal for a Certified ScrumMaster who has one or more years of work experience in that role.
During the two-day interactive course, participants will enhance their skills for the implementation of Scrum by learning strategies and tactics to improve the adoption, engagement, and value of Scrum within their company or organization. Participants will learn these topics through exercises, facilitated discussions, and case studies based on the instructor's real-world experience in working with Scrum teams.

You will earn the necessary 16 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) to apply for the A-CSM® certification (in addition to other prerequisites, see below). This course also counts as 14 Professional Development Units (PDUs) which can be used towards PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements program.

There’s no exam—the focus is on course participation and documented experience.
