This two-day course, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer, allows you to become eligible for the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) Certification through the Scrum Alliance.
If you're a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), who's been introduced to the Scrum Values, practices and applications, the next step in your Agile journey is to achieve your Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification. During the two-day interactive course, participants will enhance their skills for the implementation of Scrum by learning strategies and tactics to improve the adoption, engagement, and value of Scrum within their company or organization. Participants will learn these topics through exercises, facilitated discussions, and case studies based on the instructor's real-world experience in working with Scrum teams.
