This Privacy Policy Statement governs the use of your personal information for Educate 360, LLC (“E360”) and its companies, including Project Management Academy, Six Sigma Online, New Horizons and Watermark Learning.

Our Commitment To Privacy

Information Collected from Visitors Using the Public Areas of our Web site

E360 does not collect any personal information from visitors browsing our Web site unless they voluntarily submit it through one of our forms requesting information or enrolling in a program. Only aggregate data-such as the number of hits per page-are collected. We can see the IP address and in some cases your provider’s host name, but none of this data provides any personal information that tells us your identity.

Information Collected from Members who have Registered for Access to our Members-Only Content

To gain access to the members-only areas of E360 Web sites, members are asked to register and provide some personal information. For members who have accepted a “cookie” or who have logged in to our site with their username and password for a single session, we are able to see the time and date you visited, the IP address, type of browser (e.g., Internet Explorer), and what pages you viewed on our site. This information is not disclosed outside of E360 and is utilized only to improve our Web sites, determine what new content might be popular or valuable to our members, and to improve your browsing experience in the future.On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to view or receive materials. The types of personal information collected on these pages are:

E360 does not collect any personal sensitive information. During the website sign up and order process there are opt-out options so that your data is not used for purpose besides services you are purchasing.

Credit Card Account Information

E360 does not disclose credit card account information that you may voluntarily provide to us during transactions by phone or through our secure Web sites to anyone other than the credit card company that validates the charge for processing purposes. We also encourage our members not to use e-mail to communicate credit card information for their own personal security and privacy.

The Way We Use Information

We use information you voluntarily provide for the purpose you intended, such as to complete your course registration, or any other transaction that you requested through one of the forms on our Web sites. We may use members’ names, postal addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses to communicate product and service offers or important informational updates that may be of interest to you. E360 does not sell, rent or disclose in any fashion our members’ personal information, addresses, e-mail addresses, or phone numbers. E360 maintains electronic records reflecting contact information for each student, and records pertaining to their course registration and completion.

Sharing Information

E360 may share information about you with third party vendors who need to know information about you in order to provide their services to us, or to provide their services to you. This group includes vendors that help us provide our Services to you (like payment providers that process your credit and debit card information, email delivery services that help us stay in touch with you, customer chat and email support services that help us communicate with you, those that assist us with our marketing efforts (e.g. by providing tools for identifying a specific marketing target group or improving our marketing campaigns), those that help us understand and enhance our Services (like analytics providers). We require vendors to agree to privacy commitments in order to share information with them.

Visits Made to Other Web sites from Links

Although our sites include links and advertising to other Internet sites, E360 takes no responsibility for the content or information contained on those sites. E360 provides these links and advertisements as a benefit and service to our members, but we have no control over those sites. Other sites that you visit may have their own distinct privacy policies or no policy at all. They may use personal information that you may provide them differently than our policy permits.E360 strongly encourages you to review the privacy policies of any site before providing any personal information to them. This policy is effective August 21, 2024. If our privacy practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to this page to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses of collected personal data.

Legal Bases for Collecting and Using Information

A note here for those in the European Union about our legal grounds for processing information about you under EU data protection laws. Our use of your information is based on the grounds that:

EU-U.S. AND SWISS-U.S. DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK PRINCIPLES

Educate 360 LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Educate 360 LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Educate 360 LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the SwissU.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. When we transfer your information to third parties, we comply with the requirements of the legal protections that cover your information. For information subject to an onward transfer by us under the Data Privacy Framework, we will remain liable under the Data Privacy Framework Principles if a recipient of your protected personal information processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless we are able to prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

E360 retains data you provide us with for as long as your account with us is in existence. E360 acknowledges that you have a right to access, correct and delete your personal information. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Educate 360 LLC commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss- U.S. DPF.

This provides that you may invoke binding arbitration by delivering notice to Educate 360 LLC and following the procedures and subject to conditions set forth in Annex I of the Principles.

Please note that we are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). E360 may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
