The Scrum methodology is a framework that relies on cross-functional teams to deliver products and services in short cycles or “increments” that enable continuous improvement, fast incorporation of end-user feedback, and accelerated delivery. This two-day course, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer, allows you to become eligible for the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®) Certification through the Scrum Alliance.
If you're a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), who's been introduced to the Scrum Values, practices and applications, the next step in your Agile journey is to achieve your Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) certification. This advanced offering is ideal for a Certified Scrum Product Owner who has one or more years of work experience in that role.
During the two-day interactive course, participants will enhance their skills for the implementation of Scrum by learning strategies and tactics to improve the adoption, engagement, and value of Scrum within their company or organization. Participants will learn these topics through exercises, facilitated discussions, and case studies based on the instructor's real-world experience in working with Scrum teams.
2 days of A-CSPO training led by a Certified Scrum Trainer®
You will earn the necessary 16 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) to apply for the A-CSPO® certification (in addition to other prerequisites, see below). This course also counts as 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs) which can be used towards PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements program.
