The course teaches agile principles and prepares students for the PMI-ACP® exam. In the current environment, many companies are adopting Agile Methodologies, and PMI’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) credential is the industry standard for this discipline.

The PMI-ACP® exam tests the ability to comprehend and execute agile methodologies. In addition to ensuring knowledge and proper application of agile practices, a PMI-ACP® credential demonstrates one's capability to lead a project team using the agile approach.
