Information collected from members who have registered for access to our members-only content

To gain access to the members-only areas of Project Management Academy's Web site, members are asked to register and provide some personal information. For members who have logged in to our app with their username and password for a single session, we are able to see the time and date you visited, the IP address, type of device, and what pages you viewed on our site. This information is not disclosed outside of Project Management Academy and is utilized only to improve our app, determine what new content might be popular or valuable to our members, and to improve your browsing experience in the future.

The way we use information

We use information you voluntarily provide for the purpose you intended, such as to complete your course registration. We may use members' names and e-mail addresses to communicate product and service offers or important informational updates that may be of interest to you. Project Management Academy does not sell, rent or disclose in any fashion our members' personal information. Project Management Academy maintains electronic records reflecting contact information for each student. Such records are for internal reference only and are not shared with any third party.

Managing Your Data

Educate 360 retains data you provide us for as long as your account with us is in existence. You may ask us to stop keeping and using the personally identifiable data we have about you. You may request rectification of your personal data or a copy of your personal data. You may object to our processing of your personal data. If you ask us to delete your account, Educate 360 will do so; provided, however, we may retain your account data if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce Educate 360’s agreements. Payment Information

The application is free to download but customers may make in-app purchases to continue usage of the application. Payment of $19.99 for monthly subscription, $49.99 for quarterly subscription, or $149.99 for annual subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase based on length of subscription selected by customer. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rates $19.99 for monthly, $49.99 for quarterly, or $149.99 for annual, based on the subscription option originally selected by the customer. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
