By accessing and using the App, and/or by enrolling in a course, you agree to each of the Terms of Use set forth herein ("Terms of Use"). By using the App you express your understanding and agreement to be bound by these terms. Project Management Academy's PMP Exam Prep App is designed to be a tool and resource to help you pass the PMP Exam. However, the App is provided without any warranty or guarantee that you will pass the PMP Exam.

Payment Information

The application is free to download but customers may make in-app purchases to continue usage of the application. Payment of $19.99 for monthly subscription, $49.99 for quarterly subscription, or $149.99 for annual subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase based on length of subscription selected by customer. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rates $19.99 for monthly, $49.99 for quarterly, or $149.99 for annual, based on the subscription option originally selected by the customer. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
