West Lafayette - November 12, 2012 - Project Management Academy® (PMA®) recently
added a course on Agile Fundamentals to its "Club PDU®" online training program. This addition to Project
Management Academy's innovative PDU training
program teaches the fundamentals of Agile project management, and also provides 21 PDU credit hours to help
PMP®-certified project managers maintain their certification.
"Agile approaches are becoming increasingly popular in project management, particularly in the IT sector, and this
course will help project managers better implement this innovative approach," said John Smith, Project Management
Academy's president and CEO. "Our online platform allows students to broaden their project management skill sets
while preserving their PMP® certifications, all from the convenience of their
homes or offices."
Club PDU streamlines the process of earning and tracking the PDUs required to maintain PMP®
certification. Project Management Academy provides a growing online library of PDU courses for professional development, ranging from one-hour micro-courses to broader,
multiple-hour presentations. Students can track their PDU progress online, and utilize the optional email reminder
service to ensure their certification remains valid. All courses are approved by the Project Management
Institute® as continuing education credits (PDU).
